I'm glad someone else notices the "cold" taste/mouthfeel (not minty) of Swerve!! Sugar has a warm taste/mouthfeel. My husband says he can't tell the difference between it and sugar. Haven't tried baking with the stuff, just sprinkled some on fruit and in coffee, both a little icky.
