Hi Bob! So far, we've just done what the bags say to do which is to use it just as you would regular sugar, so we haven't experimented with making any adjustments to the recipes. Other folks have mentioned using half the amount of the Truvia and having some success with that, but you may find some additional information and tips from folks who bake with sugar replacers regularly in the comments section on our Facebook post for this blog.
