Much like using alternative flours, the recipes need to be modified a bit when using alternative sugars. Unfortunately, with alternative sugars there does not seem to be a simple trick that works across recipes. Each recipe needs to be tweaked individually...

I will say that I have had the best luck using something called "Stevia in the Raw" and only replacing half the sugar. That typically works well.
