The real problem here comes for diabetics. Reducing the amount of sugar is simply not enough. We need to eliminate sugar. It is true that baking with Swerve or Lakanto Monkfruit sweetners does not yield the same taste or texture result as sugar does, but for this Type2 diabetic it is good enough.
