I met Martin Philip at KAF in Vermont at a book signing. I read the book cover to cover, reads like a novel, not just a cookbook. Get a copy you won't be disappointed.
I got there early so we got to chat for a while. He is a genuinely nice guy who makes a heck of a hoe cake. lol
