when it comes to substituting brown butter for regular butter.....let's say the recipe calls for 250g of softened room temperature butter. Does that mean that i add 250g of softened room temp brown butter plus 2 T of water?
Is it a 1 :1 replacement? Do you have to add the water to the cookie recipe as well? Thanks.
