I this article you recommend adding 1 tablespoon (14g) water (or other liquid) for every 1/2 cup (8 tablespoons, 113g) of butter used. But, in contrast to that tip, the website's recipe for Brown Butter Stamp Cookies call for only 1 T of water with 16 T of brown butter. I was just going to make those cookies, and I wonder if I should add 1 or 2 T of water?
