Bagels are a lot of fun and with the myriad variety of toppings available quite interesting. I would be very interested in a tutorial on toppings and additions (i.e. cinnamon and raisin, blueberry, minced onions etc.). Your tutorial was great and took out a lot of the mystique. It really is a pretty straight forward process and the results will be truly awe inspiring.
