attempting bagels for the first time today, I used malted milk instead of non-diastatic milk powder because I didn't notice the brown sugar substitute but I am still very excited! thank you for the shaping tips! I personally would love a blog post about toppings and flavors, when to add them, ect. especially some sweet toppings/flavors
