I have been making bagels since I first found the recipes at King Arthur Flour about a year ago. I've added dried cranberries and orange zest: dried jalapenos and cheddar (dried them out in the oven); cinnamon raisin and onion using dried onion flakes. The recipes are easy to follow and never fail.
