Attempted bagels many years ago and achieved ok success and never attempted it again. However, now I’m having to make all my own bake goods & processed foods because of strict sodium restrictions. So far my pizza crust and bread are coming out pretty good considering! This is a strong desire to make bagels! It’s been 4 months, the longest I ever in my life been without a bagel and I’m not liking it!! Help! And suggestions? Also, any suggestions I can do with bread to give it more flavor without the sodium. Desperate in VERMONT!
