Truly a magnificent recipe! The result had great texture, airy crumb and crispy crust, the cheese was great both as a sealant and a taste. Added only some sauteed pepperoni chunks, a few mushroom slices and, after baking, a chiffonade of fresh basil. Will definitely make again and again. Thanks
