The first time I made this, it was fantastic. The second time I had remembered how good it was, but forgot about the rising time. So about 3 hours before supper I pulled out the recipe, and uh-oh! So, I made it without any of the waiting times and just one 90 minute rise. Although it was not quite as fantastic, it was still better than a lot of other pizza recipes. This is definitely my go-to recipe for pizza even when I am in a hurry.
