I’m not positive about this particular recipe, but I used 8-in cake pans for individual Detroit-style pizzas from the KAF recipe and am the forever household hero! Everyone got their own pizza, lots of crispy bits and each one popped out of the pan right out of the oven, so the crust was super crispy. Give it a try.
