Hi there, Twee! We haven't tried this ourselves but you're welcome to experiment with it if you'd like! We'd recommend par-baking it for longer though, closer to 18 to 20 minutes or until the crust is set but not browned otherwise the interior won't be baked and it'll be gummy. Happy experimenting!
