I made the Crispy Cheesy Pan Pizza and it is heavenly! My guests requested the recipe so I think we have new King Arthur fans. I cautioned them to use King Arthur and to follow the recipe as written. Because there were vegetarians in the group I made one pizza just for them. Equally heavenly with just roasted veggies on it. The closest iron skillet size I had was about an inch too big or an inch to small so I chose the larger one. It didn't hurt a thing to use the larger and I was able to get more fixings on both of them. This is a recipe I'll use again and again.
