Hi Mary! Measure for Measure can't be swapped into yeasted recipes, it doesn't turn out well because it can't support the structure needed. For anything yeasted, you want to use an already gluten-free recipe. There's a gluten-free version of this recipe linked at the bottom of the recipe page and it's right on our website called Gluten-Free Pan Pizza and it calls for Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour which is the gluten-free flour meant to be used in anything yeasted.
