What a beautiful pizza! Can't wait to try it but I only have a 12" cast iron skillet. Does it call for table salt or kosher salt? Also, just to confirm my calculations, the ingredients list should read as follows:

346g AP Flour
1 1/8 tsp salt
3/4 tsp instant or active dry yeast
245g warm water
19g + 26g olive oil
245g mozzarella
107g - 163g pizza sauce
