I am trying this with KA white whole wheat flour. It's texture is different than the white AP bread. It seems to have needed more water from the beginning. It doesn't look smooth at all. I am about to put it in the fridge for it's 12 hour rise and rest.
Am I suppose to do something different if I use whole wheat flour?
