As Grace mentioned earlier, would love to know how to use only sourdough starter for the crust. There is not one packet of yeast to be had these days, so I've got a starter going. Would love to try this recipe with just starter and no dry yeast, (the sourdough pizza dough recipe on your site uses dry yeast as well as starter). Thanks for any guidance on a possible sourdough conversion during these crazy times!
