Hi Will, we would highly recommend not doing that with this recipe, it just isn't a good candidate for that size of a pan. The ratio of inner pizza to outer crust doesn't work well and the center doesn't bake through. If you want to make this recipe for many people, we recommend making multiple pizzas in the pan size that the recipe calls for. If you want to make 1 large pizza in a sheet pan, we recommend our Sicilian-Style Pizza which is the only recipe we have made for a pan that size.
