Using cast iron has been our methods for many years now. Looking through the clearance aisle at a local store, I found round, flat cast iron pans with short handles. I bought 2 but wished I had bought more. Looking online, I found some at a home improvement chain store so I ordered 2. We now have enough to treat friends and family to Pizza Night! The resulting crust when baked on these pans at a very high temperature is amazing. It always come out crispy and delicious.
