I made this pizza yesterday and it was worth the 24 hour wait. Fantastic!
I used about 2 ounces of cheese and embedded it in the dough 3 hours before baking. I topped it lightly with sauce and a few anchovies and it was perfect. The crust was light and crispy at the same time.
This one is a keeper. Love it!
