We had the pizza for dinner this evening, turned out great! Not your typical pizza crust, but light and airy, very pleased. I put peperoni, cooked Italian sausage and peppered salami as topping, pre cooked to degrease. My only mistake was not letting it rest before we cut into it.
We couldn't wait. Next time definitely let it rest. Highly recommend this recipe. Baked in a 10 inch le crueset cast iron skillet.
