Just made these yesterday for NYE at home. I can't believe how delicious they turned out. this will be a holiday tradition for us for sure. The blog post gave some good helpful hints on technique. My fruit mix still had a lot of liquid after 3 hrs of sitting in the OJ and my marzipan oozed out of the top of one of my three stollens but that changed nothing about the amazing taste! what a success. thanks KAF!
