I'm excited to see how this comes out! Letting the dough rise now, but I'm wondering if you might be able to clarify the weight of the lemon zest in the dough - when I weighed the heaping tablespoon from a couple of large lemons, I only measured 4g of zest, but the recipe calls for 14g?
