Hi there, I make this stollen recipe every single year and it is always a hit and turns out perfect every time. Every single recipe I bake from King Arthur turns out and all are quite simple if you read, weigh, and follow the directions. I also have made this recipe into stollen balls, which are just perfect little pillows of delight. Last year I had no kitchen due to a flood but now I have a partial kitchen so this is the first thing I have made for Christmas. Can’t wait for it to come out of the oven and my husband can’t wait for breakfast in the morning as he loves his stollen toasted with coffee for his breakfast.
