I made this a few days ago. Came out very good! I needed a few extra tablespoons of flour for the dough, which seems to be typical with my experience with King Arthur recipes. The recipe for marzipan is great and easy to make. I thought 3 cups of dried fruit seemed excessive but was in fact just right. With the way it tastes after 3 or 4 days, I’m not sure it would keep wrapped for two weeks without freezing. From past experience with other stollen recipes, as with other bread it tastes great toasted! Thanks for the recipe!
