Oh, you have made my Sunday. Tried Stollen once and was not great. (I like great in Christmas baking, not just good). Although it is too late for this year, it is printed and on my list for next year.
Any thoughts about freezing after baking? Still do the butter brush and reg sugar before freezing?
Not speaking of "long term freeze" just well wrapped for about 6 wks. Defrost at room temp. then do the 10x sugar before gift giving wrap up? Thanks P J. you keep me going from good to great! Happy Holidays !
