Oh, that explains! Thank you! I did have three slices for lunch, after they cooled down for a couple of hours. The texture was different from the the first tasting test.

Talking about torture: my German friend said I am supposed to “ripen” it for 2-4 weeks covered in foil before it hit the right flavor. Yeah! Who can handle that?
