Hi, Melanie. For best results, freeze the cinnamon rolls after they're fully baked rather than freezing the unbaked dough. Bake the cinnamon rolls at the temperature called for, removing them from the oven just a few minutes early. They should look almost fully baked, but perhaps a little lighter in color than you might otherwise want them. When you're ready to reheat the cinnamon rolls, thaw in the fridge or at room temperature for a few hours and then cover with foil and bake at 350°F for about 15 to 20 minutes until they're warm throughout. Glaze as desired and enjoy!
