We're glad you reached out, René! The Gluten-Free Measure For Measure Flour can only be used in non-yeasted recipes calling for regular all-purpose flour, so it can't be used in recipes that are already gluten-free and isn't interchangeable with the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour, with or without alternations to other ingredients in the recipe. We recommend making this recipe using the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour for best results. We suggest checking this helpful blog article about the uses of our different gluten-free flours.
