Hi there, Mary! We recommend reading our blog article: How to choose which gluten-free flour to use as it's a very helpful resource. The Gluten-Free Measure For Measure Flour can only be used in non-yeasted recipes calling for regular all-purpose flour. It can't be used in recipes that are already gluten-free and isn't interchangeable with the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour, with or without alternations to other ingredients in the recipe. We recommend making this recipe using the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour for best results. Happy GF baking!
