The Gluten-Free Measure For Measure Flour can only be used in non-yeasted recipes calling for regular all-purpose flour. It can't be used in recipes that are already gluten-free and isn't interchangeable with the Gluten-Free All-Purpose Flour, with or without alternations to other ingredients in the recipe.
