I made these 3 times following the directions as indicated. I tried the different options for baking the same day or next day. Each time, everything went according to plan; however, the end product is not your typical, fluffy, tall cinnamon bun/roll. These are much more dense, about half as high, and the sour taste (although expected) seems to fight with the sweet and cinnamon flavors.
