Best cinnamon buns ever!! I’ve made these several times with both active starter and with discard and 1/2 tap of instant yeast. I can never tell the difference. This time when I made them I wanted to try something a little different, so instead of rolls I made a long braid. Still perfectly baked at 18 minutes and as always, incredibly delicious!
