I am making your Japanese milk bread rolls for Thanksgiving and wanted to do them ahead of time. Is it better to bake completely and freeze or partially bake and freeze and finish baking on Thanksgiving day. I am making them at my home and transporting them on a 4 hour drive. Love these rolls and know everyone will too.
