Say I want to use sugar or even salt treated this way for curing meat. Would this method be able to transfer the modified flavor profile of the salt and/or sugar to the meat it is curing (Like, say I infuse sugar with bourbon will the bourbon-infused sugar make the ham taste like bourbon?)
