Rosemary-lemon sugar would also be very tasty! Another way to flavor sugars is with freeze-dried fruit -- pulverize them to a powder in a coffee grinder and add to the sugar. This works particularly well for sugar that you are using in frostings and glazes because you also get some color. Dried peppers can be interesting too -- I love spicy habanero sugar sprinkled on grapefruit! Mint sugar is also really yummy -- spearmint or peppermint. And I really like a peppermint-vanilla combo too. And instead of plain ol' cinnamon sugar, try adding some other warm spices. Cinnamon-orange sugar is another great combo. I guess you can tell I like playing with my sugar :-)
