I have never made anything with yeast before. I am a great baker for everything else but had a great fear of bread or yeast anything. I made these rolls according to all directions using fresh bought yeast. What an experience! They turned out fantastic. Kinda ugly for a first but the texture and flavor was delicious. Thank you for the handholding walk through. Now I will make them again to share at turkey day and be thankful for the confidence I now have with yeast.
