I chose this recipe as one of two to decide which we have for Thanksgiving dinner. I made them yesterday, and we have a winner. After reviewing the recipe, blog, and comments, I would not change a single method or ingredient with this recipe. They are perfect, so fluffy and my house smelled like love while they were baking.
