I love all things King Arthur and will be there (Vermont) this weekend for a class! I tried using just the grease method so as not to add any flour when I was rolling these. However, they were so sticky/wet that they defied rolling. They're in the pan and rising, so my fingers are crossed. I have to say, the photos definitely show flour in the dividing/rolling process, so now I'm wondering if I should have floured my surface. Time will tell but I'm sure they'll taste fabulous.
