Hi Diana, kneading dough usually happens between 2:00 and 3:00 on the Ankarsrum, but for wetter/stickier dough I would go with 3:00. Kneading time should be similar to the time it takes to knead this dough in a KitchenAid mixer, but since you are in control of the roller and the pressure applied to the dough, this will vary a bit.
