Thank you. I’ve seen that video, checked out the recipes on their site and know the basic process. I love this mixer! You provide the kneading time for Kitchen Aid mixers. This mixer kneads differently with its roller, more gently and naturally than the Kitchen Aid and tends to take longer. I was wondering, for this recipe, how long it would usually take and if you recommend a speed. From what I’ve seen it’s usually about a “3:00” speed but am not sure for this sticky dough if that would be correct. Given that you sell these mixers, I assume you can provide that information?
