Hi Diana, we are definitely roller fans when it comes to kneading bread dough with the Ankarsrum. Check out this video for more guidance on how to use the roller for kneading bread dough. Keep in mind that the Amish Dinner Rolls are meant to be rather sticky right after mixing and kneading, so resist the urge to add extra flour.
