I have an Ankarsrum mixer. Could you give me tips on using it to make this recipe? I know I start with the liquid and add the flour. Would you suggest the dough hook or the roller? What speed for each? About how long using each of those? I haven’t even tried the dough hook yet, I’ve been using the roller for everything. Thank you for your time.
