These rolls are amazing! I read the blog and used the food processor, did an abbreviated first rise, then stuffed it in the fridge overnight. Formed the rolls in the morning, let them rise, and baked them off.
I’d like to make again for Easter but I’m wondering if I whir up the potatoes, butter, sugar etc in the food processor again, could I change to the dough attachment blade and do the rest of the combining and kneading in there? I hate dirtying every appliance so did by hand last time.
