These are excellent and the recipe worked out as described. They’re impressively light and I found them to be flavorful allowing for the fact that they’re 100% white flour (I’m usually a whole grain kinda girl). I didn’t find them to be lacking flavor as another reviewer described. All that being said, they’re a lot of work for 24 plain-looking rolls, due to the prep with the potatoes and the dough which is tricky to work with. Not certain I’d recommend these for a beginning bread baker. I’d have to think about making these again only because there are other equally nice roll recipes out there that are easier to work with.
