Thank you for including the estimated weight of each roll. The directions said to divide them into 24 equal sized balls using a scale, but didn't mention what the weight of each should be. (hint, hint, PJ :) As much as I have loved to cook all my life, I am pretty much a consistently lousy bread maker! But these came out great. I am going to make another batch tomorrow.
