We're so glad that you used a scale Lynne! Keep using it as it is the most accurate way to bake. The way you described the dough does sound a bit off though. In the future if you have a soupy mess like this feel free to add a touch more flour to get a more workable texture. But be careful about adding too much as this may make the rolls dense and dry! Thanks for reaching out.
