I have made these rolls many, many times and each time they turn out perfect. Right now I have a batch that are on their second proving. I have a proof function on my oven and it is really an amazing feature. I use the food processor method. More dishes to clean up, but it makes a fool proof slurry. I make 24 rolls, each dough piece about 45 grams. They are so delicious and are a great addition to a Thanksgiving meal.
